Summit Area YMCA licenses itraQ for online file management and collaboration.
Fairfield, NJ, November 16, 2009 – The Summit Area YMCA, with branches in Summit, Springfield, and Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, signed an enterprise license for Component Web Service’s (CWS) itraQ product. itraQ, an online repository for file organization, transfer and collaboration, will be the Summit Area YMCA’s platform for distributing communications to clients and employees. itraQ’s Web 2.0 features for creating data capture forms, polls, surveys, and message boards, without any programming knowledge or IT support, will allow the Summit YMCA to manage communications and automate workflow.
As a browser-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, itraQ does not require users to install any hardware or software. itraQ’s flexible workflow integrates seamlessly into any existing environment with little to no learning curve.
