CWS Signs Agreement with Solutions Provider of Integrated Phone and Communications Systems

Fairfield, NJ, February 15, 2008 – announced that it has reached an agreement with Nu-Tel Communications of NJ, Inc. (NuTel) to deploy its iTraQ secure extranet file repository solution as well as its iUpdateAnytime (beta) web content management system (CMS).

Nu-Tel, a solutions provider of integrated phone and communications systems, will use iTraQ to distribute large files including user manuals, videos, and copies of purchase orders and sales invoices that can not reach its customers through traditional email due to either file size or security.

“The fact that I can deliver the information a customer needs, posted to a secure area only accessible to each respective client, and know that the received it, is key,” said Nu-Tel’s President, Ralph Meyers.

iTraQ, a secure extranet file repository developed by Component Web Services, is the secure, bandwidth-saving alternative to email and FTP document distribution, allowing users to bypass the restrictions and limitations of firewalls and email attachments.

Nu-Tel will also take advantage of CWS’ upcoming iUpdateAnytime, a web-based CMS application that gives non-technical users the ability to create, update, and manage content in their web site.
